Compare the actual directories and exact plan ID—not only the insurance company name.
PCP, specialist and hospital networks are plan-specific. Routine out-of-network care is generally limited. Referral and prior-authorization rules should be verified.
PPOs can provide more flexibility, but PPO does not mean every doctor accepts the plan. Compare in/out-of-network costs, MOOP, provider acceptance and prior authorization.
A personal fit approach is more useful than a fake carrier score.

Humana offers CenterWell Pharmacy as a mail-order option for many members.
